Summary

As a Mobile Tire Maintenance Technician at Revel, you will be part of maintaining and repairing our fleet of Electric Vehicles. This position requires a passion for sustainable transportation and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment creatively. You will be responsible for repairing and documenting tire issues in the field. Effective communication and collaboration with other service team members, and various stakeholders within the Rideshare organization are essential.

Position Responsibilities

Maintenance, Diagnostics and Repair:

Travel to clients locations to perform tire maintenance and basic repair services

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot issues

Perform routine maintenance tasks according to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools, equipment, and service vehicle

Documentation and Reporting:

Accurately document all maintenance and repair activities using the appropriate software suite.

Follow correct repair order documentation procedures.

Collaboration and Communication:

Effectively communicate with other members of the service team, including service advisors and managers.

Collaborate with Ground & Driver Operations, escalating patterns in avoidable damage to vehicles.

Perform other duties as assigned to support Revel Rideshares overall mission and goals.

Assist with onboarding and training of new technicians

Deliver exceptional customer service

Willingness to learn new skills and being a part of a larger team

Qualifications

Automotive school

Min of 2 years of experience as an automotive service technician, including working with tires and basic maintenance issues

Basic computer and software skills

Must have a clean drivers license

Physical exertion may be required to perform occupational tasks (sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, carrying, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs)

Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits

Base compensation range for this role is 23-26$ per hour based on experience level. Posted salary ranges are reflective of NYC market compensation structures.
