We are seeking a skilled Soldering Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and soldering electronic components on circuit boards, following industry standards and company quality guidelines. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work with small components in a fast-paced environment. work hours: 7 AM – 3 PM

Responsibilities

Solder electronic components to printed circuit boards (PCBs) using through-hole and surface mount techniques.

Perform detailed hand soldering of components under a microscope when necessary.

Read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to assemble products.

Conduct visual inspections and testing to ensure solder joints meet quality standards.

Rework and repair defective solder joints and components.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools are properly stored and maintained.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and resolve technical issues.

Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
