Broadridge is hiring! We currently have a contract opening for a Project Manager to work in our Edgewood, Long Island office and have e xperience in managing infrastructure projects. The successful candidate possesses expertise in the business unit(s) they support, as well as, an understanding of the IT organizations systems and capabilities. Implement formal and informal processes for integration of project/process management activity with other key interpersonal functions. Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology. Design, develop and implement processes, procedures and tools to support the efficient implementation and management of multi-functional initiatives and activity including scope definition and management, work plan development, prioritization, resource planning and allocation, communication, monitoring and evaluation.

Work-Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid – working 1-2 days a week in our Edgewood, Long Island office.

Job Responsibilities:

You will plan and handle various initiatives to quality, schedule and cost while accomplishing stated objectives.

Youll provide overall direction across various teams for successful completion of projects.

Ensure assigned projects are completed successfully and programs through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting of status through consistent, standardized dashboards and metric reporting in support of Broadridge and department specific strategic goals and objectives.

You will have a track record of successfully leading Agile and Waterfall project management processes with a validated background in SDLC.

Additionally seeking an organizationally savvy leader with a deep understanding of technologys impact. High-energy and self-motivated, youll be of a value driven & customer centric attitude.

Youll be highly process oriented with experience of efficiently implementing sophisticated projects in a large organization.

Qualifications:

Youll have 8 years of proven Technology Project Management experience

8 years leading sophisticated multiple technology programs/projects using Agile/SCRUM

Experience leading distributed teams located in multiple time-zones and in sophisticated environments and onsite-offshore model

Experience in budget management, analysis, measurement, and governance

Experience in mentoring team members on Agile/SCRUM standard methodologies

End to end experience with large-scale systems development projects and process redesign efforts

Leadership and command skills with a strong presence and the ability to “rally” a project team

Ability to thrive in a multifaceted environment, across multiple and diverse business and systems groups and participate in continual process improvement

Ability to understand technical systems documentation and interact with systems resources

Preferred:

Experience working as Software Programmer or Systems Analysts would be a plus

Masters Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent

PMP/CSM/PMI-ACP or equivalent certification
