Skills & Job Responsibilities Looking for a PC Support resources who will be responsible for configuring computer devices, installing software for each user, deploying to users and walking users through the transition to their new device. Assist with resolution of any issues that arise. – Knowledge and understanding of Windows 10 v20H2 – Ability to review and understand Windows event viewer – Experience using remote management tools to support remote users – Knowledge of and experience using system management consoles – Strong knowledge of and experience working with various software – Experience in computer networking – Strong customer service skills
