Solid software skills are essential: e-mail, Microsoft Word & Excel, search engines and browsers. Exposure to Oracle, NetSuite or other ERP experience is helpful.Alternate Qualifications:Many people have “manufacturing” talent, though in a different form and from a different background. Are you a competent automotive mechanic, artistic, a capable hobbyist woodworker, able to operate embroidery machines, an artistic crafts person, able to maintain a wide array of farm machinery?
