•Must be able to perform all aspects of maintaining the campground including but not limited to all buildings, grounds, swimming pool, man-made lake •Must keep camp in compliance with all town and county codes•Meet and maintain all Health Department standards •Must be able to perform light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work as needed to keep the camp ready for special needs campers, other groups, events and functions•Keep the property safe and secure for campers•Manage/supervise a small seasonal staff of employees•Organize volunteer work groups•Develop positive relationships with campers and community•Operate power tools & Heavy machinery, maintain equipment •Maintain the facility & maintenance department budget•Be organized and keep accurate records•Report to the organization Board of DirectorsIdeal for someone who is retired from civilian or military job with benefits from previous employment and would like to supplement income. Employment is seasonal from April 1st through October 31st. MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECKS.
Minimum Salary: 30,000
