100% REMOTE POSITION – $16 per/hour depending on experience – RAPID HIRE
ABCO Maintenance is a Commercial Facility Maintenance/Construction Company that has been serving the Tri-State area 7 days a week/ 24 hours a day for over 35 years. We are actively recruiting PARTS ADMINISTRATOR to join our team.

Job Description:
The Parts Administrator is responsible for tracking inventory, purchasing parts, and communicating with customers on items needed for maintenance and repair work orders/projects. The major roles and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Daily use of Excel and other internal systems to monitor and prioritize flow of tracking parts
Utilizing the Web to search for items needed/requested
Tracking of shipments using UPS, Fed Ex, and other carriers
Heavy emial monitoring and communications for updates on tasks
Substantial phone usage for communications with customers/client stores that a part has bene delivered onsite.
The individual in this role will also provide support & admin functions including but not limited to:
Working with our internal team on various paperwork (work orders, etc.)
Reporting: Google Docs, Excel Sheets and other systems
High Volume calling and data management
Additional responsibilities as needed.
Position Requirements
Requirements
Good track record of employment with at least one job of 5 years in length at one company.
Experience in continued administrative functions (4 years)
Multi-tasking
Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency
Excellent communication skills
Good phone personality
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Extremely computer savvy (excel/internet searches/outlook/quick data entry/scheduling)
Construction/Maintenance environment experienced preferred, but not required.
