DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Howmet Aerospace Inc. (“Howmet”) is currently in search of a Senior Systems Analyst to join the Global Information Systems (GIS) Oracle group in Pittsburgh, PA. The primary purpose of the Senior Systems Analyst is to provide technical expertise and support for Howmets Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) System Administration, application security, user access provisioning, application patch and change control processes.

Major activities/Key challenges:
Perform self-audit activities along with process documentation development, update, and review
Proficient with systems-thinking and able to articulate them to various groups across the organization.
Champions best practices around data standards, policies, and procedures
Evaluate, collaboratively develop, and implement global common technical and functional processes to integrate and support functionality impacting or interacting with Oracle EBS and related common Technology foundation application modules.
Provide application support, setups, and application testing for Oracle EBS and related common Technology foundation application modules.
Additional responsibility will center on Oracle Segregation of Duties (SOD) while integrating with FastPath, our SOD tracking tool
Acts as the liaison between the Oracle team and Cyber Security Team, ensuring that we are abiding to remediating vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
Develop an in-depth understanding of the business processes in their area(s) of assignment, and a general understanding of the Howmet Business Units
Assist and gain a working knowledge on Oracle EBS System Administration Area
Pursues continuous learning consistent with changes in technology, and uses this to influence IS direction
Provide systems expertise in the solutions area assigned. This includes providing support to sustaining activities and to project activities for the assigned area.
Drives partnership with fellow team members to share knowledge, documentation, and alignment to new solutions
Works as part of a geographically dispersed team (e.g., local, global) using a variety of technologies, while acknowledging and accommodating any variance in time zones and native language(s)

Basic Qualifications:
Associates degree in information systems, computer science, software engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 2 (two) years of experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of Hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in information systems, computer science, software engineering, or a related field
Exposure or working knowledge of other Oracle ERP modules and Oracle Cloud applications
Experience with Oracle eBusiness 12.2,X, Oracle databases, PL/SQL, SQL, Linux, SFTP
Experience with cyber vulnerability and remediation
Knowledge of ERP SOD/Compliance
Solid understanding of the system life cycle
Experience with MS Office, Excel

Salary range: $75 – 90k/year approximation (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, and/or location).
