We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist to join our team!
Hybrid Schedule: T-Th in office, M and F work from home!

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for overseeing the offer and onboarding process for assigned facilities. This role is primarily responsible for successful candidate offers/acceptances and paperwork completion designed to meet all regulatory and hospital requirements. Supports the talent team in other assigned functions which may include recruitment, position postings, sourcing, and report functions.
Required Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Minimum of one (1) year human resources/talent acquisition experience required.

Current, valid, and active drivers license required.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:

Bachelors preferred.

Exemplifies Standards of Behavior.

Ability to project a professional image.

Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.

Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.

Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.

Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
