Job Title: 1st or 3rd Shift Assembler

Pay Rate: $18.00-$19.03/hour paid weekly

Job Description:

Aerotek is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various components. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to assemble components accurately

Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to build and assemble products according to specifications

Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Adhere to safety and quality control procedures at all times

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools effectively

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Excellent attention to detail and quality standards

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

Work Environment

The position is based in a manufacturing facility with a loud noise level, requiring hearing protection.

While 95% of work is indoors, large bay doors may expose workers to outdoor weather conditions.

Work conditions can become dirty by the end of the shift.

Employees must supply their own steel toe or composite toe boots, while other required PPE such as ear plugs, safety glasses, gloves, and arm shields are provided.

Tools for the job are also issued.
