Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Strategic Planner to join our leadership team in Alpharetta. This role is pivotal in driving the execution of our strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments, and enhancing both internal and external communication. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of managing complex projects and fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Initiative Management:

Oversee and follow up on key strategic initiatives such as V12, B2 Acceleration, CPO Revamp, PWP Better Together, high-end presses, and the Latin America elasticity price/volume model.

Collaborate with business directors to track progress, identify roadblocks, and implement corrective actions.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and maintain a funnel quality system, providing longer-term views (12 months) to guide short-term actions and strategic decisions.

Coordinate with relevant departments to align short-term actions with long-term strategic goals.

Liaison Roles:

Serve as the primary liaison to the Marketing team, ensuring alignment with marketing plans and initiatives, and tracking progress.

Act as the key point of contact for the General Executive Committee (GEC), managing budget control, approvals, and other critical communications.

Internal Event Planning and Execution:

Plan and execute internal events, including virtual meetings (e.g., weekly staff meetings, all-employee meetings/calls) and face-to-face events (e.g., annual sales kick-off).

Ensure these events are well-organized, engaging, and aligned with company goals.

Communication and Reporting:

Develop and deliver internal and external communications summarizing the state of the business.

Coordinate executive and team social media efforts, including content creation and posting.

Customer and Territory Management:

Oversee coordination of territory mapping and coverage to ensure effective market penetration.

Lead customer journey mapping initiatives, identifying critical “moments of truth” and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Leadership and Team Building:

Foster a strong presence in the office, promoting a sense of belonging and encouraging team cohesion.

Act as a mentor and leader, driving a positive and productive office culture.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience in a strategic planning role, ideally within a fast-paced business environment.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in internal and external stakeholder management.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in using project management and communication tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.

The base pay range for this role is $118,050 to $181,800 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
