salary: $60,000 – $65,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within maintenance.

Proven ability to manage teams and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

Relevant certification in building trades.

Minimum of 2 years performing preventative maintenance tasks.

Proficient in the safe use of power tools and adherence to safety protocols.

Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing tasks that require flexibility and physical agility.

Excellent organizational skills, with an aptitude for problem-solving.

Competent in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.

Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Must possess a valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and insurance coverage.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
