Oracle Lead/Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Oracle Lead/Manager to join their customers team on a contract to hire basis. For the next 1 year, our client will be migrating from Oracle ERP to Oracle Fusion for their Financial and Supply Chain modules. This person will be responsible for managing the delivery of the work and driving the project along. You will interact heavily with internal Project Managers and Oracle resources, in addition the the Developers and Project Managers from the implementation partner. The perfect candidate will still be hands on/technical as needed during these migration efforts. However, after the cloud migration is complete and stabilized, the role will become less hands on and more functional where your day to day duties will consist more of dealing with the business and managing the team. There will be quarterly releases and business changes (like future acquisitions) where your technical skills may need to be leveraged in the future for integrations and transformations.

The pay rate range for this position is $60-70/hour.

Skills and Requirements

Technical (development) background in Oracle ERP

Oracle Financials, SCM and HCM modules (less of an emphasis on HCM)

At least 1 major Oracle Fusion implementation/upgrade

Lead or managerial experience (managerial preferred)

Strong communicator

Comfortable with <10% travel. First mandatory travel is in November (Boca Raton, FL) Acquisition experience

Industry experience

Architectural level experience null
