Mold Technician

Job Description:

Ensure the correct change of molds to ensure the integrity of the mold and the proper operation of the injection machine. Coordinate and make the start of injection machines to comply with the production schedule. Ensure the proper identification of materials throughout the production process. Inspect the drying and material filling process to ensure the proper operation of the injection machine. Analyze the causes of mold damage to prevent recurrence using the problem solving method. Feedback and training of production line personnel in recurrent faults. Ensure order and cleaning in mold storage areas. Participate in assigned training programs with the commitment to leverage knowledge to achieve departmental and organizational objectives

Qualifications:

· Strong mathematical ability

· Leadership, work under pressure.

· Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.

· Excellent Communication Skills.

· Industrial Engineer and/or manufacturing process knowledge

· Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Good communication skills

· Must be self-directed and motivated to attain quality goals and tasks

· Ability to work in a dynamic environment.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule due to internal and external demands.

· Good teamwork and time management skills

· Proficient in English language, both written and oral

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
