Cyber Security Senior Manager

A Cyber Security Senior Manager is needed in Glendale, Kentucky. Establish cyber security strategy and initiatives to align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential cyber threats and weaknesses in our systems and infrastructure. Develop and recommend security policies, procedures, and best practices to mitigate risks and enhance our cyber security posture. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on implementing security measures and protocols. Stay updated on emerging cyber threats, trends, and technologies, and assess their potential impact on our organization. Collaborate with IT and security teams to design and implement security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technologies. Conduct security awareness training and education programs for employees to promote a culture of cyber security awareness and compliance. Monitor and analyze security incidents and breaches, and provide guidance on incident response and remediation efforts. Liaise with external partners, vendors, and regulatory agencies on cyber security matters as needed. Stay abreast of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to cyber security, and ensure our organization remains compliant.Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or related field of study and 5 years of experience in cyber security management.
