Construction Inspector I

PRIME AE Group, Inc. (www.primeeng.com), a multi-faceted A&E firm with 23 offices in 10 States and over 500 employees throughout the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Northeast, is seeking Infrastructure Construction Inspectors (water and wastewater treatment, water, sewer, utility, etc.) for a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in Crestline, OH.

Position Overview:
The primary function of this role will be to assist in monitoring and inspecting the construction of a WWTP in Crestline, Ohio.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform earthwork, concrete, structural, drainage, asphalt, water, sewer, utility, and materials inspections on construction projects.
Support project activities by performing calculations, measurements, documentation, and other technical and engineering-related functions.
Perform verification or acceptance testing of construction materials in the field or at the laboratory.
Correspond with impacted stakeholders.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in construction inspection.
A valid drivers license.
Basic understanding of construction specifications and processes.
Other certifications such as ODOT, NICET, Asphalt, and American Concrete Institute (ACI) concrete field testing, etc. are preferred. However, all necessary certifications and recertifications will be paid for by PRIME CM&S.
