Supervisor – Program Management

As a Supervisor – Program Management, you will supervise an assigned Program Management team to ensure programs are supported to meet customer expectations. You will be responsible for appropriate staff coverage, managing order volume across the team and training personnel on new procedures. You will work closely and collaboratively across multiple functional departments.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily workflow and schedules of the department to ensure program order volume and customer expectations are addressed.

Provide immediate supervision of team members.

Plan, implement and control the flow of orders to warehouses, interacting with warehouse leaders for assigned program business to ensure on time delivery of material.

Coach team on engaging with customer regarding specification of product, manage orders, appropriate methods for order escalation.

Assist with developing strategies, procedures and team productivity expectations to optimize value of the program management function.

Review performance metrics with Program Managers to ensure alignment to program goals and customer needs.

Manage and develops staff.

Lead the execution of ideas for improving departmental efficiency.

Qualifications:

High School Degree or Equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

5 years program management experience; 7 years preferred

Strong interpersonal skills including coaching and conflict management

Able to oversee people and processes to achieve objectives

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong computer skills

Strong math and analytical skills

Ability to travel up to 25%
