The Baby Care SBD Shelf Analyst is a critical member of the Shopper Based Design team, helping to develop the future of the in-store experience for the shopper while supporting sales field to implement an outstanding retail experience today.

This SBD Team is an exciting intersection with Internal Market Strategy and Planning, Sales, Shopper Analytics and Insights, and Field based employees on top Retail Teams – to improve the shopping experience for our consumers and impact sales.

The key responsibilities include planogram creation/manipulation, metrics on shelf space and orchestration, item creation and image database, training and support of field shelf network, and Gold-Standard Principles for use with field.

Lead in-store planogram concept design using shelf software.

Provide planogram and analytical support to priority customer teams.

Single point owner for all SBD planograms to include creating planograms and SBD principle design documents that will be placed in SalesBook.

Collaborate with MS&P/Category to provide upstream input for FMOT and shelf elements.

Own shelf scorecard/metrics using shelf software and collaboration from other team members.

Collaborate with counterparts provide support and information needed for new initiative launches, segmentation needs, etc.

Participate and lead share & reapply sessions to facilitate cross training opportunities.

Help support the field Growth Analysts and Shelf Network by leading Capability Development.

Key research partner for in-context and virtual, including Execution & Support of POG/MOD versioning and accuracy.

Assist with PO creation and budget management

Partnership with sales and market team on planning and execution of category network meetings

Job Qualifications

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Detail-oriented

Strong listening and communications skills, face-to-face and virtual

Problem-solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary

Project management skills to ensure accountability and quality from contract partners

Comfort in basic analytics including proficiency in excel

Understanding or interest in shopper based design and shopper psychology

Experience in planogram building with Space Planning software

Experience with maintaining content on internal sites like SalesBook is preferred
