OpenText Cloud Consultant – Part Time – Remote

Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced OpenText Cloud Consultant to support our client in the initial stages of a migration project, involving the transition from OpenText to Microsoft platforms. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance, technical support, and strategic direction throughout the migration process to ensure a smooth and successful transition.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current OpenText environment and the clients migration requirements

-Develop and implement migration strategies and plans for transitioning from OpenText to Microsoft platforms

-Provide technical expertise and support to facilitate the migration process, including data transfer and system configuration

-Collaborate with the clients internal teams to ensure alignment and cooperation during the migration project

-Offer recommendations and best practices for optimizing the new Microsoft environment post-migration

Skills and Requirements

-Proven experience as an OpenText consultant, with a focus on cloud solutions and migration projects

-In-depth knowledge of OpenText and Microsoft platforms and their integration capabilities

-Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and best practices

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal teams and stakeholders

-Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex migration projects within defined timelines null
