contact current and prospective customers to discuss products and
solicit orders, ensuring strong and lasting relationships. Sales

sales strategies and customer engagement. Field Visits: Travel to
customers locations to conduct face-to-face meetings, understanding
their needs and recommending tailored product solutions. Product
Knowledge: Provide detailed information to customers about products,
services, and pricing, ensuring they are well-informed in making
purchasing decisions. Quotation Preparation: Estimate prices and prepare
comprehensive written sales quotes, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
Order Processing: Submit sales orders to corporate sales staff for final
review and manufacturer ordering, maintaining a seamless sales process.
Price Negotiation: Negotiate prices and services with customers to
achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Marketing Materials: Supply
customers with relevant product brochures and literature to aid their
decision-making process. Credit Applications: Gather and process
customer information for credit applications efficiently and accurately.
Demonstrations Coordination: Arrange and schedule product demonstrations
at the dealership or customers locations, showcasing product features
and benefits. Logistics Management: Coordinate and oversee the
scheduling of product deliveries and transfers, ensuring timely and
accurate execution. Delivery Oversight: Attend equipment deliveries to
ensure customer satisfaction and provide operational training as needed.
Post-Sale Support: Maintain contact with customers before and after
sales to resolve issues, provide ongoing support, and cultivate new
sales opportunities. Prospecting: Identify potential customers by
reviewing lists, property maps, participating in relevant organizations,
and attending trade shows and industry events. Market Monitoring: Stay
informed about market conditions, commodity prices, and competitors
products, pricing, and promotions to maintain a competitive edge.
Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork, including sales
quotes, orders, credit applications, expense reports, and vehicle fuel
and mileage reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Sales Records:
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions,
and potential deals for future reference and analysis. Goal Setting:
Contribute to the development of personal and team sales goals, striving
for continuous improvement and success. Customer Service: Greet and
assist all dealership visitors, directing them to the appropriate
department or personnel. Professional Development: Attend relevant sales
and product training sessions and meetings to stay updated on industry
trends and product knowledge. Mentorship: Mentor and train newly hired
sales representatives, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster
their development. Dealership Support: Assist with general dealership
operations as needed, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work
environm nt. CRM Management: Efficiently utilize Customer Relationship
