JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Chippewa County Recovery and Wellness Consortium
(RWC Consortium) is accepting applications for the Quality Assurance and
Improvement Coordinator position within the Department of Human
Services. The job duties of the Quality Assurance and Improvement
Coordinator RWC Consortium include but are not limited to support and
assist the Recovery & Wellness Consortium (RWC) in providing technical
and programmatic assistance for overall administration and management of
the Consortium. This includes quality improvement and compliance
monitoring. Collaboration with administration, service facilitators,
consumers, and community vendors to ensure positive consumer outcomes
within CCS is essential. This is a remote/work from home position. There
are required monthly in-person meetings located at the Chippewa County
Courthouse. And requires weekly to monthly travel to attend
appointments/meetings within the Multi-County Consortium. The most
traveled to Counties include: Buffalo, Burnett, Chippewa, Dunn, Pepin,
Pierce, Polk, Rusk, and Washburn. Most travel and meetings are between
7:30 am 4:30 pm. OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum
Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Social Work or a related field
required (e.g. psychology, sociology, etc.) required. Must possess a
Social Work Certification. Minimum of one (1) year related or unrelated
full-time or part-time experience required. Program specific training
may be an additional requirement where relevant. A valid drivers
