Office Administrator

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Seeking a full-time Office Administrator for our South
Central Wisconsin client. Will be covering a variety of duties for a
multi faceted business that includes 5 separate business entities. Will
be handling general customer service, billing, collections, order entry,
scheduling deliveries and a variety of other duties. Having an extensive
knowledge of Excel spreadsheets is a must and will also be working with
MS Word, food safety and many different administrative tasks assigned by
the owner. This is a temp to hire opportunity that offers a competitive
pay between $20-$25/hour with benefits to include a simple IRA plan,
vacation and a monthly stipend for health insurance if hired by our
client. Schedule is typically 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday with some
flexibility. Hours may increase with potential for some weekend hours
during peak spring season from the end of April through the end of May.
OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: – Intermediate to
advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite, including MS Excel – Previous
billing experience – Proven longevity – Administrative experience –
Ability to multi-task – Prior agricultural experience is HIGHLY desired
