Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Corporate Business & Analysis Group, Infrastructure Business Operations Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Responsibilities You will serve as point of contact for the space management program and process. You will collect space assignment requests and information from across the command and assist the Space Management Team Lead with processing all formal space requests. You will identify and analyze facility requirements to ensure effective and efficient use of facility and space resources. You will assist higher level personnel in performing research assignments, developing parts of presentations, drafting reports, and responding to other miscellaneous requests. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Working knowledge of space management, space moves, relocation, and development moves and space plans; 2) Developing facility and equipment requirements against customer needs; 3) Using analytical and project management skills to develop project scopes and facility solutions; 4) Leading and delegating a diverse workforce using oral and written communication.
