Engineering Manager – EX Eyes Experiences

Summary:

In these role youll lead XR Eyes – Experiences team of 6-8 engineers, which is part of a bigger XR Eyes team. This team has the following mission:- Prototype delightful user experiences that are enabled by the eye-tracking technology- Develop partnerships across Reality Labs for productization of eye-tracking user experiences and deployment on Reality Labs devices- Deploy core eye tracking pipeline across Reality Labs devices

Engineering Manager – EX Eyes Experiences Responsibilities:

1. Prototype delightful user experiences that are enabled by the eye-tracking technology

2. Understand product strategy and drive roadmap creation

3. Develop and grow a highly effective team of individual contributors

4. Develop partnerships across Reality Labs for productionization of eye-tracking user experiences and deployment on Reality Labs devices

5. Deploy core eye tracking pipelines across Reality Labs devices

Minimum Qualifications:

6. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline

7. 5 years of industry experience prototyping, developing and shipping user facing applications for for AR, MR or VR devices

8. 2 years of experience managing, supporting, building and growing teams of individual contributors

9. Proven track record driving project execution in ambiguous and highly complex environment

10. Proven track record of building effective cross-functional collaborations

11. Effectively communicate

12. Coding experience in C/C#/Rust or other high-level programming language

13. Experience developing applications in Unity 3D

14. Experience developing application for Android or iOS

16. Prior knowledge and Experience in Computer Vision and Machine Learning

17. Experience in developing, prototyping and shipping user interactions experiences

Public Compensation:

$177,000/year to $251,000/year bonus equity benefits
