The Client Organization was established to drive enterprise-wide approaches to client coverage, identifying and filling in gaps or reducing duplication to ensure consistency throughout the firm. Additionally, it plays a leading role coordinating the allocation of capital and other financial, technology and human resources towards the client segments with the best returns potential. Finally, it is responsible for managing wholesale credit and counterparty risk for the organization. The Client Organization operates across 40 jurisdictions globally.

The Client Organization Reporting, Analysis, and Governance team sits within the Chief Administration Office under the Head of Controls. The team supports and executes activities related to Corporate Governance including Governance Committees and Board accuracy reporting, Escalations, monitoring and reporting of Issues and Compliance Risk and oversight of the Client Executive Scorecard Risk & Control Metric performance.

The Issue Reporting and Analysis Lead is a practically minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of Enterprise governance processes, and a keen interest to learn more and make a difference, and ultimately shape the Client Organization for the future. This particular position will oversee Issue Management reporting and analysis for the Client Organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead the Client Organization’s Issue Monitoring, Reporting, and Analysis to provide transparency on the status of Issues within the Issue Management Lifecycle.

Prepare Issue reporting for Governance Committees and Management Forums for the Client Organization.

Accountable for the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the implementation of reporting and analysis in accordance with the Issue Management Policy and Governance Policy.

Create and implement appropriate analysis methodology (sourcing, normalization, tagging, aggregation, etc.).

Develop reporting and analysis to conduct thematic reviews of existing Issues in inventory, including but not limited to evaluating potential impact across other parts the same organizational unit.

Continuously improve processes and establish best practices for use in the Issues Management space.

Build relationships with the various Issues Management partners across the Client Organization, business, and functions.

Lead process enhancements efforts engaging where appropriately the other Issues Management teams.

Assist management in guiding and influencing standards and procedures that conform to enterprise requirements and support sound operational and compliance risk management.

Qualifications:

10 years of experience

Proven Issue Management coordination, monitoring, analyzing and reporting experience in the financial services industry or other large corporations.

Experience in building out and managing end-to-end process flows.

Understanding of controls frameworks

Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.

Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to present and influence across organization level and functions.

SQL, Perl or Python, Matlab or R, Excel VBA. Database administrator experience is a plus.

Education:

Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$115,840.00 – $173,760.00
