THE ROLE
As a Materials Intern, you will have the opportunity to assist with multiple levels of supply chain operations within the corporation.
HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
Analysis of bill of material for creation and corrections
Planning parameter analysis to right size inventory
Develop and document processes and procedures concerned with recon material flow
Optimize material presentation and flow through the recon process
Create and maintain work orders
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
WHAT YOU NEED
Student working towards a bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Computer Science or related field
Advanced computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while working independently and efficiently
Experience with AS400 system, Infor XA, advanced excel skill
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
