L1 Validation & Support Technician – Logistics & Inventory Management

Folsom, California

Pay Rate: $22/hr W2

Full benefits Paid Vacation

Job Overview:

Mastery of client required safety training

Mastery of client required standard operating procedures (SOP) lab training

Mastery of client required product knowledge and tech training

Independently build, Setup, and upgrade Platform Hardware for Workstations, CRBs, RVPs, and other customer systems

Bring up of Platform Firmware and Operating System

Perform Basic inventory and maintenance of assets being assigned for setup and testing

Run basic acceptance testing for Audio Component Domain

Ability to support international teams, as needed

Shipping Requests for materials to Stakeholders

Deployment Communications to Internal and External Partners

Issue/failure reproducibility and detailed write-up of test sightings based on replication requests from HSD-ES, IPS, Bugzilla, or other Intel sighting tracking tools

Familiarity with defect management tools (HSD-ES, IPS, Bugzilla, JIRA, Zendesk)

Additional Skills:

Good communication

Great organizational skills

Team player

MS Excel knowledge
