What will you be doing?

You will manage, coordinate, and implement a vast portfolio of system and technical projects from requirements development through business implementation.

You will look for solutions before others even notice a problem; you are always looking to make our processes better.

You will participate in and lead multiple projects and initiatives designed to build and improve operational business and customer experience across multiple tools and systems.

You will be skilled at defining clear business requirements and translating them to functional/system requirements.

You will analyze global and regional data trends, synthesize major takeaways, and share your findings through effective data storytelling.

You will develop, prepare, and analyze reports with complex analysis and visualization for management review. You may present to various levels of management.

You will actively participate in improving our team’s performance metrics and identify areas of opportunity, as appropriate.

You will be proficient at scoping projects and improvement efforts, including analyzing the current state, working with stakeholders to articulate a clear future vision, the business value to be delivered, and the plan to accomplish it.

You will proactively escalate issues and problems appropriately to management to mitigate risks.

You will leverage design thinking and seek customer feedback to improve the customer experience.

Mentor and support the development your peers by providing guidance, training, coaching, and feedback.

Serve as a subject matter expert; take the lead on more difficult team assignments.

Share best practices with the team that drives efficiency and effectiveness in our processes.

You will consult on solutions, and partner with business groups to evaluate effectiveness.

You will work with cross-functional teams and consult to deliver quality detailed design solutions.

You will dig into the root cause of issues, identify gaps, and make recommendations to improve the customer experience and operational efficiencies.

You will create, lead, and facilitate training workshops and socialize best practices.

You will prepare your stakeholders and teams for change through open and frequent communication and training.

You will communicate and collaborate with global partners across multiple organizations, teams, regions, and teams.

You will partner with HRIS and IT to manage technical issues and advocate for improvements on behalf of our customers.

Responsibilities

About you and what we love to see:

Has at least 5 years of experience working in operations, HR is a plus

Able to work independently under limited supervision, as well as work effectively as part of a team.

Has strong knowledge of systems, reporting and data visualization tools and methods. Knowledge of Oracle systems a plus.

Highly organized and efficient is a must. Skilled at building strong relationships

Skilled problem solver with demonstrated analytical ability to assess complex data to identify trends and themes to apply strategic solutions and drive business decisions.

Has a strong analytical capacity – developed multiple analyses using complex data

Experienced in applying project management methodologies to drive high visibility projects to successful completion.

Is used to working in a fast moving environment, quickly adapting to change and new strategy (changes in prioritization, deadlines, approach, etc.)

Has high attention to details and the patience to pursue things to closure

Has excellent communication and presentation skills – directly and succinctly – across cubicles, organizational boundaries and cultures

Can clearly represent a problem to others, and understand how to work with them efficiently to solve the problem. You have the ability to educate others on complex disciplines

Is customer service oriented

Knows how to net out and summarize problems and recommendations at all levels

Has excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Has expert MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $70,600 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
