We are seeking a Mental Health Worker to join our team in our Montgomery County, Colmar, PA location.  
The Mental Health Worker is responsible for supporting 10 individuals who have persistent behavioral health challenges in a 24/7 residential setting.  Staff will be responsible for teaching, coaching, and modeling social and living skills.  Staff will accompany individuals into the community and encourage involvement in family, neighborhood, civic, cultural, and religious activities, and events.  The position will work with individuals with varying degrees of medical and mental health diagnoses and abilities.  The role upholds dignity and respect of individual(s) served by promoting person-centered care while documenting and assisting activities of daily living in a safe and sanitary environment. 
Duties include:  
 interact and engage with residents 
 monitor behaviors  
 assist with meal preparation  
 monitor and administer medication  
 participate in skills groups 
 transport residents to appointments, employment and outings  
 no ADLs required  
 other duties as assigned  
Earn $18.40/hour with the selection of our Enhanced Pay Option.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: 
 High school diploma or GED required 
 Must be 18 years or older 
 1 year experience working in the Behavioral Health field/ population in a group home or a residential facility setting preferred. 
 Must have a valid and clean drivers license and clean driving record. 
 Must be able to work 2nd shift, 3pm to 11pm, and a rotation of weekends.
