Grow with Us – Your Responsibilities
You will provide exceptional customer careand build positive relationships with customers
In the event of an issue, you will provide technical support to customers
One of your responsibilities will be to tie workflow to scheduleto minimizeunnecessary traveland travel to customers by ground, train, and air transportation as needed
You will provide training to customers on the essential use and operation of Bio Analytics instruments
You will performfieldservice,calibration,and installation of complex mechanical systemsand perform preventative maintenanceand field sterilizations
One of your tasks will be to assist with resolving IT issues related to Bio Analytics system installations. Follow all companys procedures and protocols, as well as perform software updates/upgrades
You will assist in drafting documentation of process and procedure as required
Keep accurate records via written and paper form, keep an accurate count of parts assigned to the engineer
Regularly, you will be asked to produce timely, accurate, and detailed service reportsand prepare customer-facing estimates of repairs
Pass along identified leads to the sales manager
Travel to our Ann Arbor, MI, Albuquerque, NM, Fremont, CA, andadditionalfacilitiesand sitesfortrainingandconferencesas needed
All other duties as assigned by management
Expect up to 35% overnight travel to support Field Service activities
Lift items that weigh up to 35 Kg

What Will Convince Us
You have completed an associates degree or engineering or military training certificationsand/or 5 years of proven field service experience
You can troubleshoot, test,repair,and service technical equipmentwithexcellent mechanical,electrical,and IT skills
You have a valid Drivers License
You are proficient with MS Office software, including Outlook, Word and Excel

We Value:
You have the ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules
You have a minimum of 3 years of field service experiencein the Bio-Pharmaceutical industry
Completion of bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, biomechanical engineering, biomedical engineering,or a related field
Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
Excellent driving record
