GS-09 Salary : $67,147 – 87,291 GS-11 Salary : $81,242 – 105,612 Responsibilities You will serve as the command IT Coordinator to provide IT customer support services to Trident Refit Facility. You will apply knowledge of automation systems to respond to customer service desk requests for technical assistance. You will review automated system information notices and bulletins to develop mitigation plans to maintain continuity of operations and to brief management on mission impact. You will process automated system move, add, and change requests. You will review and process IT procurement requests for new hardware, software, or IT services. You will be TRF central POC for all IT data calls supporting computer refreshes, seat upgrades, inventory updates, emergency response actions, or training requirements. You will develop purchase plans, manage procurements, stores, and issue peripherals and consumables to TRF users. You will manage IT and MSS information through web-based collaborative technology such as Microsoft SharePoint. You will serve as the Terminal Area Security Officer (TASO) and assist in security matters concerning cyber security. You will serve as the central scheduling point of contact for all Maintenance Support System (MSS) functional areas. You will use office automation equipment and software programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook to enter, create, edit, format data/documents and reports. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications For GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying customer support services to assist customers navigate or access various IT databases systems to evaluate, prepare or develop data, or reports to track refit projects that are impacting the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity. For GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying customer support services to provide customers status reports, processing new access request and assisting new computer users. Education EDUCATION MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE AS FOLLOWS: GS-09 grade level: Successfully completed a masters or equivalent graduate degree; OR Successfully completed two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a masters degree; OR an LL.B. or J.D. (this response is included only if the education is related to the position being filled); OR A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. GS-07 grade level: Successfully completed one full year of graduate education; OR Successfully completed a bachelors degree with superior academic achievement; OR a combination of experience and education as described above that equated to one year of experience.
