Instrument Electronic Technician

Job Description

Day-To-Day:

This individual will perform complex repairs, maintenance and installation of various electrical, mechanical instruments that are used in the Wastewater Distribution Plant. They will ensure work assignments are executed and performed at code and regulation standards. The duties include but are not limited to troubleshooting, testing, installing and repairing hydraulics, pneumatics, electronic and mechanical instruments.

Annual Salary: $50,000k – $60,000k

Skills and Requirements

– Highschool Diploma, GED and 3 years of work-related experience

– Experience reading/writing blueprints and wiring diagrams

– Experience working with voltmeters, ammeters, manometers, oscilloscopes, signal meters, and signal generators.

– Valid Drivers License – Class C

– Understanding of Electronics and wiring schematics (circuit diagrams, electrical circuits) – Experience working with Water Systems (Wastewater, Water treatment, Water Collection) null
