Job Title: BIM Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a BIM Designer with 2-5 years of experience to join our team at a leading Mechanical Contractor. As a BIM Designer, you will work under the lead BIM Manager, focusing on building design, plumbing, and piping prefabrication. Your responsibilities will include managing the BIM model and creating detailed drawings for pipes, fittings, and plumbing/piping systems (chilled water/heated water systems).

Hard Skills

2-5 years of experience

AutoCAD

Revit (preferred)

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Forest Hill, Maryland and some days remote.

Work Environment

Hybrid after a few months or once the candidate can prove themselves in the role. New office with new furniture. Gym in the office w/ showers, huge breakroom, company picnic, crab fest, as well as bonuses and 100% employer paid healthcare once converted after 12 month period.
