Summary You will serve as an Assistant Program Manager, Life Cycle Logistics in the Marine Corps Systems Command Program Management Office of MARCORSYSCOM. Responsibilities You will recognize delegated extension of authority and expert consultant for program and project management teams. You will develop, initiate, and oversee implementation of new product support concepts, corrective actions and changes to reflect new requirements, technologies and safety concerns. You will be responsible for defining, developing, implementing, and managing the strategic vision for the MCSC LCL workforce, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and optimizing workforce performance. You will create and refine commodity-specific procedures and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of program IPTs. You will collaborate with program managers and strategic business teams to develop, implement, and oversee strategic planning and portfolio management at the directorate level. You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts priorities, evaluates work performance of subordinates, gives advice or instruction to employees, identifies developmental and training needs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Develops and assures implementation of new product support management concepts, corrective actions and changes to reflect new requirements, technologies, and safety concerns in logistics program operations. The pay schedule and pay band for all Business Management and Technical Management Professional Positions will be NH-1/2/3/4. Additional vacancies may be filled by this announcement.
