Job Description
The primary purpose of this job is to operate and monitor machines routinely used in the production of the organization’s product. You may be involved in the basic set-up, calibration, and maintenance of equipment, performing finish operations such as trimming, gluing, and operating a machine. Key responsibilities include:
• Good eyesight, attention to detail, teamwork, and hand dexterity are a must!
• Adhering to company core beliefs and all safety and quality requirements.
• Operating machinery used in the manufacture of products under close supervision.
• Potential involvement in the basic set-up and/or calibration of equipment.
• Loading component materials into product-specific tools and/or performing finishing operations.
• Reading and following operating manuals, instructions, and procedures.
• Inspecting parts visually and dimensionally to assure conformance to requirements.
• Following established documentation for product manufacturing.
• Cleaning and maintaining machinery as necessary.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
We have multiple openings across multiple shifts:
– 1st Shift: 7a-3p
– 2nd Shift: 3p-11p
– 3rd Shift: 11p-7a
– 12-Hour Day Shifts: 6a-6p (2 on-2 off)
– 12-Hour Night Shifts: 6p-6a (2 on-2 off)
All roles are $17-$22/hr. plus shift differential. Starting rates are:
– MTM: $17
– Associate Machine Operator: $18
– Associate Machinist: $22
Shift Differentials:
– 2nd Shift: $1.50
– 3rd Shift: $2.00
– 12-Hour Rotating Days: $1.00
– 12-Hour Rotating Nights: $3.00

Work Environment
Indoor, Climate Controlled, Manufacturing Facility
• Long pants, closed non-steel toe shoes, sleeved shirt (no tank tops), business casual attire required. Be prepared to go out on the production floor. No metal & no jewelry.
• This is a clean room position: no make-up, no nail polish, no perfume, must wear hair bonnet, lab coat, gloves, and shoe covers. Men with beards must wear beard covers.
