Maintenance Technician I – 2nd Shift

Entry level/training position to learn techniques, procedures, and protocol to ensure manufacturing support equipment is functioning 24/7. The areas of responsibility are ASRS (Automatic Storage Retrieval Systems) and Mini Load warehousing, Eco Clean parts conditioning, Kardex vertical storage equipment and all AGV/AMR material transport equipment. Basic plc troubleshooting, servo drive troubleshooting, and installation of equipment throughout the facility infrastructure as needed. Daily skills utilized will be mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and industrial controls related. Facilitate repairs or adjustments to improve the performance of the equipment and comply with quality standards. Integrate and troubleshoot variable speed/variable frequency drives. Work with PPM or external service providers on various projects.

Work Schedule: M-F 3 pm to 11:30 pm

Basic Qualifications

AAS Degree, or within 12 months of obtaining; OR

2 years relevant experience

Relocation is not provided for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

Skilled, multi-craft technician capable of repairing electro-mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic devices. Use basic hand tools as well as micrometers, calipers, multi-meters, and other test equipment. Troubleshoot pneumatic/hydraulic circuits and analyze documentation.

Perform basic PLC programming skills for troubleshooting equipment and associated processes. Troubleshoot and repair conveyor systems.

Ability to troubleshoot variable speed/variable frequency drives.
