HR Generalist

Job Description
We are seeking a versatile HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in various HR functions, including recruiting, benefits administration, employee engagement, and employee relations. A strong understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and labor laws is essential. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is a must. Experience with HRIS systems is also preferred. The base salary is between $70,000-$80,000

Skills and Requirements
3 years of HR experience, including hands-on roles where you wore many hats (recruiting, benefits enrollment, employee engagement, etc.)
Solid understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and labor laws.
Excellent organizational skills; ability to meet strict deadlines, identify trends
Strong experience with employee relations
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel advanced functions, pivot tables, manipulating data, etc.) and a willingness to learn new systems.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
Experience managing and troubleshooting HRIS systems null
