Responsibilities

Daily Tracking and Exception follow up.

Enter Tracking Data from weekly backorders not entered into SAP

Create shipments for returns and close the loop for the return.

Document Claim Loses for Analysis

Approving Freight invoices and Tracking the Key items for Analysis

Update inbound shipment information in SAP

Create and provide updates on Special Shipments

Problem solving issues that arise and completing tasks

Update clients/customers on order status

Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills

Data Entry (1 year of experience is required)

Supply Chain (1 year of experience is required)

Microsoft Excel (1 year of experience is required)

MRP, SAP, and Qlik
