Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team for a global aluminum manufacturer. This company provides 95% of the worlds truck siding. The position operates on a 3rd shift schedule (7PM-7AM) with a 2-2-3 rotation. Candidates will be responsible for working on and troubleshooting a wide variety of equipment, including rollers, bearings, cumulater rolls, coater heads, cylinders, oxidizers, IR ovens, roll grinders, wet lathe, slitters, air lines, and motors. Additional responsibilities include performing MIG, TIG, and STICK welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum, as well as fabrication tasks. Candidates will also be required to work 1-2 additional shifts per month for preventive maintenance on machines.
Skills
Troubleshoot and rewire a 480v-three phase motor
Read electrical blueprints/schematics
Bend conduit
2-4 years of industrial maintenance experience
MIG, TIG, and STICK welding on various metals
Fabrication skills
