Job Description

– Assemble food manufacturing equipment by hand using air and hand tools

– Use screwdrivers, drills, tape measures, etc.

– Handle parts usually weighing 10 lbs or less, but up to 30 lbs

– Perform mechanical assembly of small-scale products for shipment

– Conduct electrical wiring and testing of parts in the roller grill department

– Ensure the line meets production targets

– Open to working overtime if required

Work Environment

– Company expanding to add more space

– Training on 1st shift for the first one to two months

– Company runs a 4-10s schedule with 1st and 3rd shifts

– $15-17/hour based on experience

– $3/hour attendance incentive

– Dress code: tasteful shirts and shorts, jeans; no spaghetti straps or muscle tanks

– No steel toe required
