Responsibilities
This position is responsible and accountable for the overall performance, accessibility, and optimization of the organizations provider network. The Director is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and has direct access to the Board of Trustees and acts with a high degree of autonomy in the management of the provider network. The Director models behaviors congruent with the hospitals mission, vision, and values and promotes consistent adherence to such values.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Bachelors degree in healthcare, business or related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years previous healthcare management experience required; or
3. Equivalent combination of education and experience.
4. Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office software experience.
5. Demonstrates personal traits of a high level of integrity, team building, professionalism and trustworthiness.
6. Places a high value on ethical standards and treating of others with dignity and respect.
7. Demonstrates collaborative relationships and works with a variety of professional internal and external individuals and groups.
