The Certified Peer Recovery Advocate (CPRA) supports others in recovery from substance use disorders. The CPRA will serve as a role model, mentor, advocate and motivator to recovering individuals in order to prevent relapse and long-term recovery. The CPRA must demonstrate s trong communication skills and professional boundaries. The CRPA must be willing and able to share personal experiences to encourage wellness and recovery. Job Requirements:

Hold a NYS Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA), provisional certifications will be considered.

Valid driver’s license in accordance with the Crouse Health Driving policy

Must have experience at coordinating services for or on behalf of other individuals. Must have working knowledge of the substance abuse treatment systems, support services and a demonstrated commitment to the Recovery Community.

Hourly Rate Range

$18.95-$29.44/hour
