Pay Rate/Weekly pay/OT Available
$19 per hour (7am-7pm) Fri-Sun
$20 per hour (7pm-7am) Fri-Sun

What’s a typical day as Pick and Pack Worker? You’ll be:
Performing one or more distribution-related functions such as checking, picking, packing, replenishment, bin/bulk order fill, bin/bulk stocking, shipping, receiving/returns, sorting, or loading.
Operating a pallet jack to move product around, as needed.
Contributing to a safe work environment through continuous focus on housekeeping and safety.
Demonstrating a commitment to our company’s core values.
Interacting with supervisors, leads, and/or work groups for information exchanges related to immediate tasks.
Participating in the implementation and contributing ideas and suggestions for continuous improvements to the distribution process.
Working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a high school diploma or equivalent education (preferred).
Possess basic ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, using the English language.
Have basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication).
Are proficient in basic computer skills (accessing and navigating the internet; familiar with the keyboard; opening, closing, and saving documents).
Are able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, up to 70 pounds infrequently.
Have the ability to push, pull, grasp, and fine manipulation of equipment using hands throughout the work hours.
Can walk on uneven surfaces, though infrequently.
Have basic level experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Have exhibited good job performance and behavior as measured through indicators such as teamwork , attendance , quality , and productivity .
Have 6months to a (1) year previous related experience (preferred).
