Shipping & Receiving – 1st Shift

Summary:

Responsible for safely loading, unloading and moving materials in the plant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

– Operates hand truck or forklift to move or convey shipments

– Assembles finished good orders and loads shipments based on established standard operating procedures

– Prepares skids: straps, wraps, weighs

– Receives incoming shipments based on established standard operating procedures

– Prints and pulls warehouse transfers and orders

– Receives, inspects and stores raw materials

Skills: 

– Basic math skills

– Must be punctual

– Occasionally required to stretch, bend, and climb.

– Often required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

– Basic computer skills

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.

Opportunity to make $18.90 between 45 and 90 days depending on your attendance and performance. 

Schedule:

– Monday – Friday
– 8:00AM to 4:00PM

Must have a valid drivers license. Will be required to travel between Schuylkill Haven and Orwigsburg.
