Hybrid – 3 days in-office in Malvern, PA Join Vanguards dynamic team as an Editor in Malvern, PA. This 6-month contract, with potential for extension or conversion, offers a hybrid schedule (Mon/Fri remote) and a flexible work environment. Youll edit and proofread various marketing communications, ensuring clarity, grammar accuracy, and adherence to Vanguards style guide. Experience with Workfront, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Word preferred. Apply your expertise in a fast-paced, detail-oriented role!

salary: $30 – $40 per hour

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities

Maintains a working knowledge of Vanguard funds, Vanguard products and services, the financial markets, and investment planning issues.

Assists with content development by researching subject matter and collaborating with other crew and external experts as needed.

Organizes and formats edited content to ensure a smooth flow. Writes content as needed.

Ensures that proper regulatory hedge clauses and copyright marks appear on each piece. May evaluate pieces for FINRA and intellectual property compliance.

Detects any grammatical, typographical, or compositional errors in original copies. Corrects all grammar, punctuation, spelling, content, and other errors.

Evaluates copy for Vanguard style, accuracy, and format.

Checks facts and verifies that changes and corrections made by others are successfully implemented in the final version of print and electronic materials.
