Program Management Specialist Job Description

Amentum is seeking a Program Management Specialist to support our client’s challenging operational requirements at multiple locations in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Potential candidates will be responsible for coordinating complex issues and actions across the customer organization and the broader Intelligence Community. Core duties include the review, vetting, prioritization, assignment, tracking, and submission of completed tasking in response to internal and external information requests. The Program Management Specialist will prepare talking points, read-ahead books and background papers in support of policy meetings and liaison visits. They will support office leadership in developing policies, strategies, and plans to advance the Customer’s mission. Candidates can also be expected to assist with Senior Management information requests, briefings, and budgetary issues. Proficiency in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly assessments and other critical reports. Salary is negotiable with experience.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience

Familiarity with cable writing and classified databases, including specific targeting tools

Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations

Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices

Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph at the time of application
