On-Site – Alexandria, VA

$17-18/hr

Job Description:

The Patient Services Specialist will be sitting at the front desk when the patient walks in, checking them in and out.

Will handle patient registration, scheduling follow up appointments, check in, check out.

General customer service to all patients for whatever they may need.

Answering all phone calls as they come in, helping patients with whatever they may need.

Documenting Doctors notes on the patient files in the EMR system they use.

Multi Tasking with a doctor needing things from them, the patients being in front of them, and the phones ringing.

Will be on the phones 33% of the time, on the computer 33% of the time, and helping patients 33% of the time.

This is a full-time contract to hire job opportunity with benefits!!

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Monday and Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Tuesday through Thursday 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Must be available for the full schedule!
