Electrical Superintendent

Toyota’s Production Engineering Battery Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Construction Coordinator. The primary responsibility of this position is to plan and execute offload, stage, place, set, and level of battery production. This role will support the Battery departments objective to execute Capital Projects from planning through Start of Production (SOP). This position will be located at TBMNC in Liberty, NC and will report to the CMG Manager for Battery. The successful candidate must exhibit leadership values such as respect for people and continuous improvement. Desired characteristics include perseverance, curiosity for enrichment learning, self-motivation, good communication skills, and humility. The candidate must effectively identify and remove barriers that hinder progress, decide appropriate work priorities, develop and execute schedules, and report their status to the management group.

Hard Skills

Electrical expertise

Hands-on experience in wiring and connection to equipment and machines

Experience in supply power to switch panels

OSHA 30 and/or 510 certifications

Managing general contractors and subcontractors

Administering equipment installation construction contracts

Conducting on-site inspections

Researching, planning, and administering equipment installation projects

Supervising heavy industrial equipment installation

Coordinating communications between owner and general contractor

Managing Requests for Information and Criteria Change Requests

Developing budgetary estimates and schedules

Technical experience with wiring and troubleshooting

Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
