About the Anesthesia department:

We’reseeking aCertified Registered Nurse Anesthetist(CRNA)to join ourteam!In the Anesthesia Department, we have an excellent teamenvironmentwhereyou can collaborate with your fellow Nurse Anesthetistsandwork together for the good of the patients.With ourlevel 2 trauma center andself-scheduling capabilities,you willprovide care to patients needing higher risk endoscopy, open heart,OB,cardiology,robotic surgeries,etc.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree inNursingandMastersof Sciencein Nursingrequired.

Current valid Registered Nurse licenserequired.

Certified RN Anesthetistrequired.

BLS, ACLS, PALS certificationsrequired.

Three or more years of relevant experiencerequired.

If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.

Responsibilities

Preparespatients for anesthesia.

Administers anesthesia to patients.

Maintains andmonitorsthe patient and anesthesia during procedures.

Assess and managepatientsrecovery from anesthesia.

Collaborates with the providers and nurses on plan of care.
