Team associate III is an hourly position that works across ALL workstations on the production line as assigned/necessary. This employee is competent in operating pallet jacks and power lifting equipment, boxing and unboxing TVs, loading and unloading TVs in boxes with little to no damage, as well as working across multiple positions in the front and back of the lines. TA III – This position would require an employee to be certified in ALL production workstations. An employee in this position needs to be flexible to work across multiple workstations in frontend and backend and take on stretch projects. Other responsibilities include:

Teamwork (70%)

– Follow detailed production instructions, processes, and (SOP) procedures.
– Unpackers are responsible for down stacking pallets and removing units from carton box to laydown on the conveyor to start the input process.
– Packers are responsible for repacking televisions based on the SOP.
– Stackers are responsible for loading/stacking pallets based on the SOP palletization Standard.
– Use various methods to unpack/pack and stack televisions.
– Use various cables/remote control devices/tools to test televisions for specific functions.
– Load/Unload and Pack televisions, as required.
– Reports problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to production management.
– Comply with policies, guidelines, and work requirements per the Element TV Quality System.
– Learn to operate machinery to expected performance levels (Pallet Jacks, Lift Assist, etc.)
– Passion for Element Electronics mission, vision, values and core pillars.

Clean and Organize (25%)

– Completes all functions related to production requirements;
– Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
– Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
– Complete special projects independently as assigned by management.
– Keeping the work area clean throughout the shift to ensure a safe and orderly work environment.

All other duties as assigned by management (5%)

– Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
